Ministry Leadership
Jason has been a full time staff member of Hillcrest Baptist Church since April 1995. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Bible from Blue Mountain College. He has served as Minister of Children and Youth, Education and Evangelism, Children and Evangelism, and Children and Media before becoming our Pastor of Operations / Children and Media. He has been involved in mission work in British Columbia, East Asia, Illinois, Tennessee, Mississippi, Washington, Florida, Texas, Georgia, Portugal and Dominican Republic. He oversees the Hillcrest Children’s Ministry (K-5), Ministry 56, Media Ministry, Broadcast Ministry, The Hillcrest Day School Ministry and all day to day church operations. Jason is married to Kelly Jackson Blackburn. They have one daughter, Madeline and two sons, Mac and Miles.
